This video shows one of many ways to mount the BlackBox to a gate. In this case, it is mounted to the pull wire for latch release. But could have been done many other ways also.
For this interior garage door, a rubber band was used on the knob. This allowed the BlackBox to be clipped on and then secured. Any movement of the doorknob will cause vibration and trigger an alert notification.
